C) Enhance strategic partnerships
Ever notice that
there’s always someone selling to the same customer as you? Maybe
they have a complementary product. Maybe they are calling on the
same person for other services entirely. Either way, building
partnerships with the “right” people is a great way to create
referrals and really expand your customer base.
The Coach’s Challenge:
In your own mind, can
you completely turn the word ‘competition’ around - from a negative
to a positive? Do that one thing alone, and you will already be
making something happen and be set up to score a big win.
