Just like sports teams rely on a Playbook to map out plays and plan their strategy, you can use Sky's The Limit's Nine Principles to zero in on key skills necessary for leadership and sales success.
In baseball, for example, a great player must be a “five tool player.” They must be excellent at running…throwing… fielding…hitting…and getting on base to become a superstar. So, too, in leadership & sales, the Sky's The Limit Program encompasses the areas you must master to realize your potential, land the big contracts & motivate your team to new heights.
The Sky's The Limit Program is based on nine principals. These principals form the framework so every component when used appropriately is working to make you a success. The nine principals are:
1. To be successful; you need to visualize your own future and allow it to dictate your thoughts and actions in the present
2. Once you visualize the future, you need to use your internal energy as well as the external energy (energy that surrounds you) to move towards your goals.
3. Your goals as well as your behaviors should be guided by your Core Values.
4. Success is achieved only when you accept unconditional accountability for your results.
5. You have basic skills and are always open to learning new and different techniques throughout the game.
6.You have to make other feel important - the 'spotlight' is always on the other person.
7. You have to be different in order to stand out amongst all the clutter and noise that your contacts experience.
8. You have to go out of your way to help others and without expecting anything in return.
9. Be the difference in the following statement, “All Things Being Equal, People Will Buy & Will Follow From Those They Like Or That Are Most Like Them.”
